Subzero temperatures after thaw, just a few eagles in the parks

We counted 12 eagles in and around Colvill Park this afternoon, and we saw 7 eagles at Bay Point Park. Early morning temperature was minus 2 degrees and the river channel had a thin skin of ice floating on the surface.
