On Friday, we had strong and gusty winds which brought the eagles in the air early. At Levee Park, we saw a group of eagles flying very low and chasing each other aggressively. We even saw two lock talons and spin in a brief “death spiral” over the river. Later, we saw a number of eagles enjoying the winds over He Mni Can/Barn Bluff.
