Dropping temperature, gusty winds, and about 20 eagles at Colvill Park

Winds were gusting over 40 miles per hour and most eagles and waterfowl were taking shelter in the bay at Colvill Park. A few eagles flew around the main channel, but had to fight against strong headwinds and gusts.
