Temperatures started in single digits this morning, where we saw a number of eagles in the bay at Colvill Park and around the river channel. Bay Point Park had about a dozen eagles scattered across the river channel. Hundreds of Common Mergansers were prowling the bay looking for fish. Pelicans remain in the bay.
