A Rough-legged Hawk passed through on its way north and three Sandhill Cranes foraged on Mud Lake, across the river bridge from downtown Red Wing. The resident eagle pair at Bay Point Park flew through the park and sat together in the wind. They may not have eggs to incubate yet if the female is still able to stay out of the nest.
