We saw about 15 Bald Eagles at Colvill Park early in the morning while extensive steam fog was coming off the river. When we came back in the afternoon there was more activity with eagles fishing and chasing each other. I counted 8 eagles at the Lock and Dam #3 in the afternoon, including a pair sitting by the parking lot.
