Ice closes in with subzero temperatures, eagles feeding at Colvill Park

More low temperatures keep eagles around at Colvill Park, and a few at Levee Park and Bay Point Park. Ice is increasing on the bay at Colvill Park and steaming in the air. Eagles fly through the steam fog to pull out fish. Another day of low temps before some relief.
