It was a windy day, when the eagles like to fly. From He Mni Can/Barn Bluff I saw a number of eagles fly by the east overlook, one just a few feet away as he caught the wind. Two pair of eagles skirmished over the river by Levee Park and one eagle ended up in the river then swam to shore. Some immature eagles flew around the bluffs with resident eagles. Eagles were swirling over both He Mni Can/Barn Bluff and Memorial Park, enjoying the winds to soar high in the sky.
