Eagles had a confrontation at Bay Point Park this morning. One pair of eagles flew in and landed in the trees by the river. The resident pair of eagles from across the river immediately flew over and chased them around. They flew over our heads for a few minutes, chattering at each other. Each pair eventually retreated to trees on opposite sides of the park. When all the commotion was over, we counted three pairs of eagles in trees and another two flying away.
