There was a feeding frenzy this morning around sunrise at Colvill Park. We were amazed at how many eagles were flying over the channel. When one would catch a fish, a number of others would try to steal it. There was over 50 eagles in the park and many more across the river. With the continued low temperatures, we expect more ice forming on the river and hungry eagles staying around Red Wing.
