About 60 eagles counted at Colvill Park, 30 at Bay Point Park

Many eagles were active at Colvill Park after a below-zero morning. Lots of ice on the river brought eagles feeding close to shore. Bay Point Park had about 30 eagles perched across the river. Mergansers continue feeding at both locations, with eagles trying to steal their fish, mostly unsuccessful. Warmer temps coming, so we will see what happens next.
