It was cold today, especially with winds up to 20 miles per hour. Ice is starting to form at water edges and shallow ponds. Eagles were busy at Colvill Park, with at least seven adults and sub-adults flying over the bay and perched in the trees. One sub-adult flew over me a few times to get a look at me.
