With gusty winds reduced somewhat, we saw around 20 eagles of various ages at Colvill Park on Sunday, actively fishing and flying. When a train passed we saw at least a dozen eagles taking flight over the bay. This was the most action we’ve seen this season. Whenever an eagle caught a fish, they would have to escape from other eagles trying to steal the fish.
