Today for the first time this year we saw a second Peregrine Falcon at the Red Wing Grain tower, where there is a nest box. We believe it is the male joining the female, who arrived about two weeks ago. They were seen zooming around the Levee Park area. They have a need for speed!
Eagles with eggs continue to sit on their nests, standing up occasionally to shake off the falling snow.
